Your information stays under your control.
The current IronAxis website does not send engagement-builder or software-request entries to a website database or analytics service. You choose whether to send the prepared request through your email application.
Engagement request builder
Information typed into the engagement builder remains in your browser until you choose to text it, copy it, or leave the page. Choosing the text option opens your device's messaging application. Your mobile carrier and messaging application may process that information under their own terms.
Owner workspace
The public workspace route is a product demonstration. Workspace changes are stored locally in the visitor's browser unless the visitor exports a backup. Do not enter confidential, regulated, or sensitive business information into a public demonstration.
Software inquiries and delivery
The software page opens a prepared email in the visitor's email application. If sent, Cloudflare Email Routing processes the message to forward it to the owner's verified private inbox and may send an automatic acknowledgement. IronAxis uses the submitted contact and business information to evaluate the request, respond, prepare an agreement or invoice, deliver approved purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain required business records. Do not send payment-card or banking information by email.
Desktop software
IronAxis Job Pricing Studio is local-first. It does not require an IronAxis cloud account and does not transmit project inputs, autosaves, diagnostic logs, saved scenarios, or exported reports to IronAxis. Customers control their local files, device access, backups, and retention.
Retention and requests
Order, tax, support, fraud-prevention, and dispute records are retained as reasonably needed or legally required. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion may be sent to the contact below. Some records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, security, or legal-claim purposes.
