A straightforward 14-day good-fit period.

Effective July 16, 2026. This policy applies to the standard IronAxis Job Pricing Studio business license.

Within 14 days

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after the original purchase if the software is not a good fit. Email software@ironaxisgrowth.com with the invoice number, purchase email, and a short description. IronAxis may offer troubleshooting or a corrected file, but accepting support is not required during this period.

After 14 days

Requests are considered when the software was materially misdescribed or does not materially launch on a supported Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or later, and whenever applicable law or the payment provider requires a refund.

Effect of a refund

If a refund is approved, the license terminates and the customer must stop using and delete all copies. Approved funds are returned through the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Services

Consulting, configuration, implementation, and custom services are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service terms.
