Purchase terms should match the work being delivered.
The applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or checkout description provides the final terms for each purchase.
Consulting services
Deposits reserve capacity and are generally applied to the agreed engagement. Cancellation, rescheduling, completed-work charges, and any refundable balance are governed by the signed agreement.
Recurring services
Subscriptions continue for the stated billing period until cancelled under the applicable order terms. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a period already started or services already provided.
Digital products
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, completed digital-product purchases are generally final except where required by law or when the delivered item is materially defective or inaccessible.
