IronAxis Job Pricing Studio License Terms.
Version 1.0 · Effective July 16, 2026. By accepting at checkout or installation, installing, copying, or using the software, Customer agrees to these terms. If Customer does not agree, it must not install or use the software and should request a refund.
1. Parties and business use
These terms are between IronAxis Business Growth Partners (IronAxis) and the business entity identified in the purchase record (Customer). The software is offered for business and professional use. The person accepting represents that they can bind Customer.
2. License grant
After payment, IronAxis grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the delivered version for the internal operations of one business entity. Unless the order says otherwise, Customer's owners and employees may use it on Customer-controlled Windows devices.
3. Ownership and restrictions
The software, source code, interface, documentation, branding, methods, and related rights remain owned by IronAxis and its licensors. Customer may not resell, rent, sublicense, publish, distribute, provide the installer to another organization, remove notices, circumvent controls, or operate a paid third-party bureau with the software. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
4. Data and security
The desktop application is local-first and does not require a cloud account or transmit project data to IronAxis. Customer controls local files and is responsible for access, endpoint security, backup, retention, and lawful data handling. Do not enter payment-card data, credentials, protected health information, regulated personal information, or highly sensitive employee records.
5. Management tool
The software is not an accounting system, audit, appraisal, legal opinion, tax advice, financial advice, engineering opinion, or other licensed professional service. Results depend on Customer's inputs, assumptions, methods, scope, market conditions, customer acceptance, and execution. IronAxis does not guarantee any price, profit, margin, cash-flow, tax, customer, or business outcome.
6. Support and updates
The purchase includes only support and updates stated on the product page or receipt. Unless expressly stated, the license covers the delivered major version and excludes future major versions, configuration, consulting, implementation, and custom development.
7. Limited warranty
For 14 days after purchase, IronAxis warrants that the unmodified installer will materially launch on a supported Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer with .NET Framework 4.8 or later. The exclusive remedy is reasonable correction, replacement, or refund. The warranty excludes unsupported systems, modified files, third-party security controls, misuse, inaccurate inputs, and failure to follow documentation.
8. Disclaimer
Except for the express limited warranty, the software is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronAxis disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
9. Liability limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronAxis is not liable for lost profits, revenue, data, business interruption, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the software license price giving rise to the claim. This does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Termination and lawful use
Material breach may terminate the license after notice and a 10-day cure period when cure is possible. Customer must then stop using and delete the software. Customer will comply with applicable law and United States export restrictions.
11. Law and complete agreement
New York law governs, and courts serving Delaware County, New York have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The terms, receipt, product page, Refund Policy, and Privacy Notice form the standard license agreement. An executed written agreement controls over an express conflict.
