THE DECISION THIS SOLVES

Stop guessing where improvement should begin.

When several problems compete for attention, it is easy to invest in the loudest issue instead of the most important one. The assessment creates a grounded view of the business, identifies the operating conditions producing friction, and narrows the next quarter to a credible set of priorities.

“The purpose is not to produce a larger list. It is to produce a better decision.”

STRONG FIT

Designed for an established owner-led business.

  • Roughly 10-100 employees or meaningful operating complexity
  • Multiple departments, crews, locations, projects, or recurring workflows
  • Growth, inconsistency, margin pressure, capacity constraints, or accountability gaps
  • An owner or senior leader willing to participate directly
  • A need for a practical assessment and action plan, not guaranteed outcomes
NOT THE RIGHT FIT

Some needs require a different professional.

  • Guaranteed savings, profit, sales, growth, or compliance
  • Legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or cybersecurity advice
  • Implementation work included inside the assessment price
  • Unwillingness to identify the buyer, sign the scope, or participate promptly
  • Restricted or highly sensitive information sent through ordinary email
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

A clear decision path, before any commitment.

The process begins with a direct conversation—not a sales presentation. The goal is to understand the situation, determine whether the assessment is appropriate, and make the next decision clear.

  1. 01
    Request a fit conversation.

Share the operating concern and a little context. No payment or sensitive financial information is requested.

  2. 02
    Speak directly with Bailey.

Use 20 minutes to clarify the business need, expected outcome, participants, boundaries, and timing.

  3. 03
    Review the written scope.

If the engagement fits, receive the agreement and Statement of Work before scheduling or payment.

STRAIGHTFORWARD COMMERCIAL TERMS

$2,500 fixed founding-client investment.

50% after signing and before kickoff

50% before final materials are released

The engagement begins after the proposal and Statement of Work are signed and the initial payment clears. Implementation or ongoing support requires a separate agreement.
ASSESSMENT FAQ

Clear answers before you decide.

The offer is intentionally specific about what is included, what is not, and how the engagement begins.

01Is this a software audit or a general consultation?

Neither. It is a structured business performance assessment covering the operating areas most relevant to leadership, execution, financial visibility, sales, risk, and growth readiness. Software may be discussed, but technology is not assumed to be the answer.

02What information will IronAxis need?

The engagement typically uses leadership interviews and the operating information already available to the business, such as goals, reports, process documents, role information, and performance measures. The exact evidence request is confirmed at kickoff.

03Will the assessment interrupt the business?

The process is designed to be focused. Most participation occurs through scheduled conversations, targeted information requests, and one executive findings review. IronAxis avoids unnecessary meetings and broad data collection.

04Does the $2,500 include implementation?

No. The founding-client price covers the assessment and listed deliverables. If implementation support would be useful, IronAxis can propose a separate, clearly scoped engagement after the priorities are understood.

05What happens if the assessment is not the right fit?

The first conversation is used to determine fit. If the business needs a different type of professional or a smaller first step, IronAxis will say so before an agreement or payment is requested.
